1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Astapa platform ("Service"), operated by PT. Namulaki Eusibia Teknologi ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Astapa provides authentication, subscription entitlement management, and related developer tools via APIs and a hosted dashboard. The Service is offered on a freemium basis with paid tiers.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
5. API Usage
API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas as defined by your plan tier. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage exceeds reasonable limits or violates these terms.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by the Company. You retain ownership of your data and any applications you build using the Service.
8. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
